Natural Horse Network offers the following Returns Policy:
Limited returns within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. Food items cannot be returned. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Privacy
We take the privacy of your personal information very seriously.
We do not collect or store any information about you.
If you send us an email, we will reply to you, but will not hold or store your information unless you ask us to. Also - we will NOT sell your information.
IF you sign up for our newsletter, we will save your email address. That said, we will only use it for exactly that purpose alone! When you register at our site, we collect certain information about you. To login, we ask for your email address, username and password. We collect this information in order to send you any newsletters that you register for, updates and information about our products, to respond to your questions and to allow you to use our web forums. If you make a purchase on our site, we will ask you for your billing information including your name, address, email address, telephone number, and credit card information in order to process your order.
We do not keep track of where you personally go on our site.
Shipping
All products are drop shipped direct from the Manufacturer. All are shipped as soon as available, usually within 48 hours. Some items such as Rhythm beads are shipped a bit later as they have to be made first. Some of the tack items are shipped after they are made. Please note there may be extra shipping charges for orders outside the US. Horse treats and herbs are made fresh and shipped when available. You can obtain the status of any order by emailing~ .
